We have extensive policing experience, operating at senior roles and with a track record of succeeding in challenging situations. We draw upon experience from Police Use of Firearms, Roads Policing, Community Policing, ANPR technology and Partnerships, to name just a few. We also have experience in local government and specifically, in the area of Crime and Disorder Reduction Partnerships. We understand the challenges facing policing and the cultural and organisational considerations that need to be taken into account when designing business change engagement strategies.
